END USER TERMS OF USE AND AGREEMENT
Effective April 19th, 2024Please, read these terms of use carefully before using the ANWRK services offered by ALLFORMS as these terms of use set out legally binding terms and conditions for your use of our services and features on our website. As a user, these terms of use are an agreement between you, Artisans hired and ALLFORMS Limited.
Acceptance of Terms
By registering for and/or using our Service in any manner, including but not limited to visiting or browsing our site, you agree to all of the terms and conditions contained herein ("Terms of Use") and all other operating rules, policies and procedures that may be published, for ANWRK from time to time, which may be updated, to better serve you. However, note that this term may not be all-encompassing as accessing our other services offered may be subject to additional terms and conditions specified; your use of such services is subject to those additional terms and conditions, which are incorporated into these Terms of Use by this reference to the possible existence of such terms. These Terms of Use apply to all users of our Services in every form.
Access
Upon enrolling and accepting to be bound by this agreement, you are eligible to access and use our services via our website, where the access and information obtained from our platforms are only for services provided by us and if you or anyone obtain other information or personal information of any person for any other purpose, shall be legally held liable for such act.
Registration and Eligibility
You are to register with ANWRK to use the services and access an artisan on our website or to browse the site for any other information to achieve such purposes. With the warrant and covenant that you provide ANWRK with accurate and complete registration information (including, but not limited to: user name ("User Name"), email address and/or mobile telephone number and a password you will use to access the website to use the service as may be required) as failure to keep your registration information accurate and up-to-date shall constitute a breach of these Terms of Use, which may result in immediate termination of your access to ANWRK services. We recommend that you use your name or a suitable name you prefer as your User Name. Note carefully that you are not permitted:
Note that your use of services provided by ANWRK is not of right, as ALLFORMS reserves the right to refuse registration of or cancel a User Name in its sole discretion. You are solely responsible and liable for activity on your account and shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. You shall never use another user's account without such other user's prior express permission. For unauthorised use of your account or another account-related security breach, kindly notify ALLFORMS of such an attempt in writing.
By signing up with ANWRK, you represent and warrant that you are an individual of legal age to form a binding contract, or that if you are registering on behalf of an entity that is capable of entering into a binding contract and the contact binds the individual to these Terms of Use by registering for the Service. Note that the legal age in this context is 18 years, and in no event should individuals who are not competent to contract as per the applicable laws in Nigeria by falsification of identity contracts as a minor using our platform, such minor shall legally be liable for impersonation and the parent, or guidance will be vicariously held liable in such contract notwithstanding any privity clause. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that these Terms of Use comply with all laws, rules and regulations applicable to you, and the right to access the Service is revoked where these Terms of Use or use of the Service is prohibited and, in such circumstances, you agree not to use or access the Site or Services in any way. After you delete your profile on ANWRK, it retains the registration information collected from you for some time from the date of deletion, cancellation or withdrawal of registration by the User in line with the provision of NDPR.
Modification of Terms of Use
ALLFORMS reserves a discretionary right to modify or replace any of these Terms of Use, change, suspend, or discontinue the Service (including without limitation to the availability of any feature, database, or content) at any time by posting a notice on the Site or by sending you notice through the Service or via email. ANWRK may also impose a limit on certain features and services or restrict your access to parts or all of the Service without notice or liability. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Use constitutes acceptance of those changes upon initial acceptance. You shall also be notified of any modifications to these Terms of Use as and when such is effected or when the team in charge deems such notification most appropriate.
Payments
For payment using our services, we have provided a secure payment gateway that facilitates transparent and hassle-free transactions between you and the artisans, which could be through a debit card, credit card, internet banking, prepaid wallet or other payment methods as may be accepted by ANWRK, which could be by using a third party payment gateways to process and facilitate your payment. Aside from the information provided by ANWRK and directions as to payment, any payment made by any user through any other means shall not be accounted for as money paid, and as such, the User will bear responsibility for any damages or misappropriation caused by this. Any personal data, whether provided by you as a part of the payment process or collected automatically when you use the Service will be governed by the ANWRK Privacy Policy discussed in the assurance of confidentiality above.
For any payment, you are responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of the payment information provided by you, including the bank account number/credit card details and any other information requested during the payment process, where you represent and warrant that you have the right to use any credit card or other payment information that you submit and agree and acknowledge that ALLFORMS shall not be liable and in no way be responsible for any losses whatsoever, whether direct, indirect, incidental or consequential, including without limitation any losses due to delay in the processing of payment instruction or any credit card fraud. Considering economic reality, ANWRK reserves the right to change, terminate or otherwise amend the charges based on the suitability and expertise of the artisan at its sole discretion and at any time.
Limitation of Liability
For any liability arising from an error or omission of ALLFORMS, the company shall see to the same as to rectify such error or omission. Be informed that ANWRK tries to onboard qualified and professional artisans to relieve you from the hassle of finding one. Note, that these artisans are mere members onboarded on the artisan's project and are not directly related or employed by ALLFORMS; this is to say that the liability of ANWRK shall be limited to its undertaken to help with all necessary information and support within its means in case of any breach of contract or any unforeseen circumstances as ALLFORMS liability is only limited to undertaken from the express term.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use in the printed or virtual document shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to these Terms of Use to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form. You and ALLFORMS agree that any cause of action arising out of or related to the Service must commence within three (3) months after the cause of action arose; all alternative dispute resolution mechanisms have failed, and necessary pre-action notices have been sent, otherwise, such cause of action is permanently barred.
Dispute Resolution
In the case of any dispute arising from the use of ANWRK services, note that the agreements are first in honours only, if such is not resolvable by a mere conversation or negotiation, within 30 days, the matter shall resort to other suitable means of alternative dispute resolution, if same is exhausted with no headway, before resorting to litigation, you shall notify ALLFORMS of such action, at least 30 days before the institution of same. For any concerns about the usage and processing of your personal information or content which violates our Privacy Policy/Terms and Conditions, notify ALLFORMS of the same, stating such error and details of same, giving reasonable time before escalation of same, as you will be liable of any unjustifiable publications or allegations made about ANWRK as we strive to deliver the best.
ARTISANS ONBOARDING TERMS
Effective April 19th, 2024Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the ANWRK website operated by ALLFORMS ("us", "we", or "our"). This term is an agreement between Artisan, ALLFORMS, and the third-party user.
Your access to and use of the Artisans Project Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all artisans, users and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service, as once such is accepted, you are automatically bound by it.
Conditions of Use
We will provide platforms for you to showcase your works, subject to the conditions stated below in this document. Every time you visit this website or use its services, you accept the following conditions. This is why you need to read them carefully.
Privacy Policy
Your information provided by agreeing to use this platform is kept confidential and is only to be used for such subscriptions as users will be permitted to explore detailed profiles of artisans, including your expertise, experience, portfolio, ratings, and reviews. Note that in any case of breach of contractual agreement, ALLFORMS reserves the right to disclose other information about you, such as your location, surety and address if need be.
Access
Upon enrolling and accepting to be bound by this agreement, on confirmation and assessment of your skill and accreditation on discretion, including satisfying ALLFORMS through the Artisan training or certification programs., as a person carrying on business in Nigeria, you are eligible to access and use our services to promote your expertise, via our website, where the access and information obtained from our platforms are only for you to effectively deliver quality services and if you or anyone obtain information for any other purpose, they shall be legally held liable for such act.
Eligibility
To use the ANWRK platform and upon accepting these terms and conditions, you satisfy that you have gone through all necessary credibility checks by ALLFORMS, including the certification, and you undertake that at the time of the onboarding you despite ticking all other boxes, that you are of contractual age and where such information as to your capacity is falsified, in the case of any breach of any term, you undertake that legal actions should be taken against you for falsification of information and the necessary punishment for such breach will be melted against you as if you were already of contractual age at the time of the agreement.
Applicable Law
By visiting this website and subscribing to use our platform, you agree that the laws applicable in Nigeria, without regard to principles of conflict laws, will govern these terms and conditions or any dispute of any sort that might come between a third party, ANWRK and you, or its business partners and associates.
Disputes

ANWRK within the context of this agreement shall account for money received on an artisan's account subject to prior agreement and contract of using such platform as it relates to percentage. Any personal data, whether provided by you as a part of the details to process your payout or collected automatically when you use the Service will be governed by the ANWRK Privacy Policy discussed in the assurance of confidentiality above. In case of any issues or loss amounting from your omission or encounter from unforeseen circumstances, ALLFORMS shall not be liable and in no way be responsible for any losses whatsoever, whether direct, indirect, incidental or consequential, including without limitation any losses due to wrong or omitted payment information or any credit card fraud.
Limitation of Liability
For any liability arising from an error or omission of ALLFORMS, the company shall see to the same as to rectify such error or omission. Be informed that ANWRK tries to attract reputable users/third parties to ensure that in your business, you deliver services to responsible individuals and your security is also considered. Note, that these third parties are however members of the public who desire your services and have requested for same and are not directly related or employed by ALLFORMS; this is to say that the liability of ALLFORMS shall be limited to its undertaken to help with all necessary information and support within its means in case of any breach of contract or any unforeseen circumstances as ALLFORMS liability is only limited to undertaken from the express term to provide all the user's information within its custody.
